Welcome to Revsic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (revsic.com), our products, and our services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Who We Are
Revsic ("we," "us," "our") is the brand behind the SteadyWalk No-Pull Harness and related products. Our website is operated by the owner of Revsic. You can contact us anytime at revsics@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or you are using our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order
3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However:
- Product appearance. Photos of our products are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in color or detail due to manufacturing batches, screen settings, or photography conditions.
- Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
- Errors. If we discover a pricing or product description error after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll notify you by email if this happens.
- Availability. Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll notify you and either offer an alternative or refund your purchase.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- Payment. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
- Order confirmation. You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after placing it. This email is not a guarantee that your order has shipped — it confirms we received your order.
- Order changes or cancellations. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at revsics@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned through our standard return process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times. Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of order, though some orders may take longer due to factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather).
- International shipping. We currently ship within the United States. If this changes, our shipping policy will be updated.
- Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.
- Lost or delayed packages. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at revsics@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
- Risk of loss. Once a package is delivered to the address you provided at checkout, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will work with you to file claims with the carrier when appropriate.

9. Product Use and Disclaimers
The SteadyWalk No-Pull Harness is designed to redirect pulling and improve walking comfort for both dogs and their handlers. However:
- No guarantee of behavior change. Every dog is different. While many dogs respond quickly to a front-clip harness, results vary based on the dog's training, history, breed, and individual temperament.
- Not a training tool replacement. Our harness is walking equipment, not a substitute for proper dog training. We recommend consulting a certified dog trainer if your dog has serious behavioral concerns.
- Use as directed. Always inspect the harness before each walk. Do not use a harness that shows signs of damage. Always supervise your dog while wearing the harness. Never use the harness for tethering an unsupervised dog.
- Not for use as a safety restraint in vehicles unless specifically designed for that purpose. While our leash includes a seatbelt clip feature, this product has not been crash-tested as a primary vehicle restraint.
- Veterinary advice. If your dog has medical conditions, consult your veterinarian before using any new walking equipment.
10. Health and Safety Information
Information on our website (including blog posts, product pages, and customer stories) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, veterinary, or professional advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for medical, veterinary, or training guidance specific to your situation.
11. Reviews and User Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us:
- You confirm that the content is your own and accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our brand
- You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or violates anyone else's rights
We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any submitted content at our discretion.

- Informal resolution. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before pursuing formal action.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Jurisdiction. Any formal legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to our website at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
